Detailed Subscription Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

"Promarvel" refers to Promarvel Solutions OPC Private Limited, Hyderabad. "Subscription" refers to the Premium Membership plan offered to customers. "User" or "Subscriber" refers to the person purchasing the Subscription. "Services" refers to the home services offered through the Promarvel platform.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• By subscribing, you confirm that you are using the Subscription for personal and non-commercial use only.

3. Subscription Plans & Auto-Renew

• Subscriptions are available for 3, 6, or 12 months. Plans may be revised at Promarvel's discretion.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each term at prevailing prices unless cancelled before renewal date.
• Promarvel will notify users of upcoming renewals and price changes in accordance with law.
• Users may cancel auto-renew at any time from their app settings or respective app-store settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle refunds for ongoing term.

4. Payment Terms

• All fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except where mandated by law or app-store policies.
• Promarvel may engage third-party payment processors. Users authorize Promarvel to transmit information necessary to complete payments.
• Taxes such as GST shall be levied as applicable.

5. Benefits of Subscription

• Subscribers enjoy 10% discount per order, subject to a maximum of ₹100 per order.
• Discounts apply only on service charges and exclude tips, consumables, and statutory taxes unless expressly stated.
• Discounts cannot be combined with other coupons or referral credits unless Promarvel expressly permits.

6. Fair Usage Policy

Promarvel reserves the right to monitor usage to prevent misuse. Abuse includes, but is not limited to:

• Booking services with intent to resell or profit commercially.
• Repeated cancellations intended to exploit discounts.
• Use of multiple accounts to circumvent limits.

Upon detection, Promarvel may suspend or terminate benefits without refund and may blacklist offending accounts.

7. Service Availability

• Services are provided by third-party professionals onboarded on Promarvel. Availability of slots, categories, and professionals may vary.
• Promarvel shall not be liable for non-availability due to force majeure, strikes, technical failures, or reasons beyond its control.

8. Liability & Indemnity

• Promarvel's total liability arising from Subscription shall not exceed the subscription fee paid for the current term.
• Users agree to indemnify Promarvel against claims arising from misuse of Subscription or breach of these Terms.

9. Termination

• Promarvel may suspend or terminate Subscription for violation of Terms, fraud, or misuse.
• Termination does not relieve users of obligations accrued before termination.

10. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. Failing resolution, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Venue shall be Hyderabad, language English, and award binding. Courts of Hyderabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction for all matters.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

12. Amendments

Promarvel reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms shall be posted on the website/app and continued use shall constitute acceptance.
