This Privacy Policy explains how Promarvel Solutions OPC Private Limited ("Promarvel") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information in connection with the Subscription services offered through the Promarvel app. This Policy supplements our general Privacy Policy and complies with the Information Technology Act, 2000, applicable Indian rules, and aligns with global best practices such as the GDPR where relevant.

2. Information We Collect

• Identity Data: Name, gender, date of birth (if provided).
• Contact Data: Mobile number, email address, residential address for service fulfillment.
• Subscription Data: Plan type, duration, renewal status, discount usage, and subscription history.
• Transaction Data: Payment method, transaction IDs, billing records. We do not store full card/UPI credentials.
• Order Data: Service categories booked, frequency, service location, feedback.
• Device & Technical Data: Device identifiers, IP address, operating system, logs, crash reports.
• Support Data: Communications with customer service (calls, chats, emails).

3. Legal Basis & Use of Information

• Contractual necessity: To activate and deliver Subscription benefits.
• Legitimate interests: To improve services, prevent fraud, and ensure fair usage.

• We do not sell or rent personal data.

Where data is transferred outside India (for cloud hosting or support functions), Promarvel ensures reasonable safeguards consistent with Indian law and, where relevant, GDPR requirements.

We retain data for as long as your account is active and thereafter as legally required for accounting and tax (generally 8 years under Indian law). After expiry, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

8. Security Practices

Promarvel employs reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit, firewalls, secure hosting, access controls, and monitoring. However, no method is fully secure, and users accept reasonable risk when sharing data electronically.

9. User Rights

• Right to access personal information held by Promarvel.
• Right to correction of inaccurate or outdated information.
• Right to deletion subject to legal retention requirements.
• Right to withdraw consent for marketing communications.
• Right to lodge complaints with the designated Grievance Officer.

10. Children's Privacy

Subscriptions are intended for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If a parent/guardian believes a child has provided data, they may request deletion.
